That pile behind the shed won't get easier to sort once it's covered in wet leaves or snow. Separate the things you're keeping from the items you want removed while you can still see and reach them.
Separate Rubbish From Usable Belongings
List damaged outdoor furniture, empty planters, loose non-hazardous clutter, and other items you want assessed for removal. Keep tools, seasonal equipment, and reusable materials clearly marked. Photograph anything unusually heavy, bulky, or partly hidden.
Do not add fuel containers, chemicals, or unknown liquids to the collection pile. Iron Oaks accepts only agreed non-hazardous items, with acceptance confirmed before booking. An old machine may need a different handling plan from an empty plastic chair.
Protect the Route Out
Check whether gates open fully and whether the carrying route includes steps, uneven ground, or fragile garden edges. Tell the contractor if a vehicle can’t get close to the pile. Avoid moving heavy objects into a location that is harder to reach just to make the main yard look clear.
